Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original professional packaging to prevent damage during transit, including your printed return form inside the box.

  Ship to Salon

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our salon team receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
